​​Welcome to Zumii Studios, we are so grateful you have chosen to stay with us. This studio is designed as a sanctuary for you to enjoy and appreciate. Should you have any inquiries or require assistance, our manager and host, Angel, is available via WhatsApp to ensure your stay is exceptional. Alternatively our on-site cleaning and service staff can assist you with villa operational requests when at hand.

Check-In

• Check-in time: Available from 2pm. If you are arriving earlier and would like to drop your belongings, please contact us via WhatsApp to pre-arrange. 

• To arrange a late check-in, please notify us in advance via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We do have a key dropbox for arrivals after 10pm.

 

Check-Out 

• Check-out time: Strictly vacated by 11:00 AM
  Late check-out after 11:00 AM incurs a $350 USD per hour charge, up to 1:00 PM. After this time, a full night’s fee applies.

• To arrange a late check-out, please notify us in advance via WhatsApp, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

• For a smooth departure, please confirm your check-out time so we can arrange key handover/ or a driver if required.

• If you need your possessions stored please request this with our management team on WhatsApp prior to check-out.

Airport Transfer

• For an airport transfer, please contact us via WhatsApp with your flight number and arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

• We recommend allowing a 90-minute travel time to the airport from the villa

​

Scooter & Car Hire

• Please contact our management staff to arrange a third party drop off​. We recommend PCX or N-Max mopeds for size and safety. Please ensure you have a license, ride at your own risk and always wear a helmet. Please note this service is seperate from Zumii Studios operations.

Noise Policy

• We ask that all guests maintain low noise levels after 10:00 PM to ensure the tranquility of the surrounding area.

• Disturbances may result in intervention from local authorities. Please respect the peaceful nature of Zumii Studios.

Occupancy

• The villa accommodates up to 6 guests overnight, with a maximum property occupancy of 12 guests.

• Any additional overnight guests must be approved in advance and will incur extra charges, which will be billed to the registered card.

Cleaning Services

• Our cleaning team will visit daily to ensure the villa remains immaculate.

  • Morning cleaning: Starts at 9:00 AM to prepare the villa for the day.

  • Evening preparation: Starts from 3:00 PM The staff will return before sunset to set up the space for your evening comfort.

• If you prefer privacy during cleaning, please inform us via WhatsApp, and we will adjust the schedule.
